The Spotlight Discussion:

Players will openly discuss and then vote for who should be put into the Spotlight.

The player in the Spotlight will have the responsibility of single-handedly eliminating one player from the game.

The Elimination Discussions:

One player will be voted into the Spotlight and hold private one-on-one discussions with each of the players.

At the end of these meetings, the player in the Spotlight will then publicly eliminate one player from the game.

Round Duration

These rounds will continue until there are 2 players remaining.

General Rules
The winner of Spotlight will be decided by a vote from a jury of some of the eliminated players.

There is no self voting of any kind.

There is no limit to the number of times a player can be voted into the spotlight

There is no private messaging of any kind before or during the game.

Players safe for the round may not be voted into the spotlight.
